Return Policy

Our floral arrangements are made to order, and for this reason, they are exempt from being returned and refunded.

If you received an arrangement damaged upon receipt, please send pictures within 24h to the email address.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it.

If it is approved to return the bouquet and retrieve its price, the bouquet will be received from the same location in which it was delivered, and an amount of AED 25 will be deducted from the retrieved amount if the location is within the seven emirates except for Al Dafrah region, AED 40 will apply.

Refund Method

We will refund the amount paid to the same form of payment used.
